Students thank Jersey’s Healing Waves for continued support

Our Highlands College Foundation Learning students proudly handed over a cheque for £405 to the Jersey charity Healing Waves Ocean Therapy.

Healing Waves has supported the students with development activities, including the ride the wave Flow Rider at the Merton Hotel and surfing in the bay at Le Braye.

The money was raised through a cake sale and a silent auction of items made by peers in the Building Trades department.

The Foundation Learning students’ fundraising efforts are a thank you for the incredible support from the staff and volunteers at Healing Waves.
