Sharing that ‘Friday Feeling’ with local care home residents

Many of you will have been lucky enough to see the beautiful flower displays at our P.R.I.D.E of Highlands College Sixth Form Awards on Thursday evening.

Well, rest assured they did not get left behind, or even worse, thrown away. They found new homes with thanks to two of our very kind Level 3 Health & Social Care students.

Katie and Lily shared that ‘Friday Feeling’ with residents at Highlands Care Home and Glanville Ladies Residential Home on Friday morning.

The pair volunteered their time to share the joy of Bella Fiori’s beautiful flowers, putting smiles on the faces of those they visited.
