Soup for Sanctuary Trust Sleep Out

Culinary lecturers Dom Farrell and Adrian Goldsbrough, along with student Catarina, spent the day cooking up some super-smelling vegetable soup and bread buns – for the Sanctuary Trust Sleep Out on Friday night. Thank you to Fungi Delecti for all of the local and seasonal ingredients. 

So far, they are delighted to have raised over £24,000, with donations still coming in.
