Maths tutors have got their heads together to get us thinking! We are introducing a half-termly ‘conundrum’ to celebrate all things mathematical.

National Poetry Day (1 October 2024)
Our English colleagues and students in Pathways, Business and IT have been busy getting into the poetic spirit this week, creating a collaborative piece to promote National Poetry Day. To that end, the students contributed an ‘I Believe’ statement, capturing Josh Siegal’s work, ‘A Statement of Belief’
I believe it’s OK to have bad thoughts sometimes
I believe fear is not the same as intuition
I believe you are not the sum of your exam results
I believe your IQ does not define your intelligence
I believe your intelligence does not define your worth
I believe all reading is good reading
I believe audio-books are not cheating
I believe laughing hard on public transport is a very good thing
I believe good teachers make mistakes
I believe faith can be a virtue
