Visit from students of Lycee Hotelier, Dinard

Students from Lycee Hotelier, in Dinard have joined our students from tourism & hospitality and culinary arts for an action-packed week.
The visit is part of our commitment to ensure students benefit from international connections. These two-way visits provide opportunities for students and staff to share best practice and educate each other about cultural differences.
Yesterday the Lycee Hotelier College students came up to Highlands Academy to learn how to make the perfect Petit déjeuner anglaise! Both sets of students sat down to eat and get to know each other ahead of a busy week that will include visits to a range of hotels, masterclasses, dining experiences and visits to a few of our local tourist attractions.
