Well-being Events
Come and join the Three Amigos on Wednesday and Friday lunch, for a very gentle stretch and relax. I always feel so much better after spending time in the dark and on the floor with Rachel. There is no commitment, just turn up when you can and for as long as you can, but it is always a maximum of 30 minutes. Time well spent on your well-being. No specialist clothing needed, just something to preserve your modesty, and to allow normal movement.
