Attached is an e-book from the Taoist Wellness Team on embracing autumn. There are some great tips in there about embracing the seasonal change.
It is very easy to yearn for the summer days and to feel down about the months ahead, but autumn is a season of transition that brings a unique beauty and sense of calm.
