When was the last time you had your eyes checked?

Attached is a link to a questionnaire so you can complete and see whether a visit to the optician is required. Also don’t forget if you see a student struggling and they have confirmed they have seen an optician in the last 6 months you can refer them to the LRC for a visual stress test.
