Jersey Zoo Workshop

Led by Jersey Zoo staff, our Animal Management students participated in an enclosure design workshop as part of their Exotic Animal Husbandry unit. They observed animals and worked in teams to design new enclosure spaces. Over the coming weeks, students will continue their learning at Jersey Zoo, culminating in the creation of model enclosures for a new animal exhibit – coming soon!

Collaborating with one of the world’s leading experts in endangered species management gives students invaluable industry connections, knowledge, and practical experience to enhance their CVs and skillsets. Plus, it’s a fantastic opportunity to engage in interactive, outdoor learning within nature.
