Fancy a Christmas Lunch Tomorrow? (But be quick!)

Our Academy Restaurant will be serving a festive Christmas menu tomorrow at 12 pm, and there are still a few tables available for anyone who would like to join.

Below is the menu for the day:

Bread
Brown seeded soda bread with black treacle butter
Allergens: gluten wheat, gluten oat, dairy

Starter
Confit guinea fowl pressing with celeriac remoulade, apple and pear chutney
Allergens: gluten wheat, dairy, eggs

Main Course
Traditional roast turkey with stuffed leg, roast breast, classic trimmings and sauces
Served with roast potatoes, carrot and swede, parsnips, sprouts, cranberry sauce, roast gravy, bread sauce, pigs in blankets
Allergens: celery, dairy, nuts, sulphur dioxide

Dessert
Christmas spiced apple tart tatin with mixed spice ice cream
Allergens: eggs, dairy, gluten wheat, nuts
