Exam Arrangement Provision

Thank you to colleagues who have submitted referrals for exam arrangement provision and met the college deadline. These requests are now being reviewed and processed.

Once an exam arrangement has been approved and recorded on the student record in EBS, both the student and their next of kin will receive confirmation that the provision is in place. They will also receive further communication should any amendments be made to the arrangements.

If you are unsure whether a student has exam arrangements in place, the EBS Learner Profile Report will indicate this and prompt you to check the individual student record for full details should any information be missing.

We are also pleased to welcome our new Exam Arrangement Coordinator, Jenna Cartwright, who is now in post and based in the Nightingale building. Jenna is available to support with any queries or guidance.

Please also note the upcoming Parents’ Evening, which provides a useful opportunity for you to review and discuss exam arrangement information with next of kin where appropriate.
