DBS Check

Did you know you can now find details of employees DBS checks on Connect People?

You can now retrieve DBS details for the purposes of ensuring that DBS checks are up to date.

This information can now be found in Connect People by following the steps below:

• Search for employee

• Click on Personal Information, and select the drop down called ‘Work Eligibility’

• Click on ‘Show More’ on the right-hand sign of the screen

• Scroll down to view up to date details on the DBS check

Please note you will only need to monitor those employees who are approaching the three-year check.

For new staff, as well as the DBS information, the dates of the checks carried out for occupational health and references can also be found under the Work Eligibility’ section.
