Creative Arts / ICT Technicians Support
As the college is moving to a new online ticketing system for support requests from departments, we would like to remind you that the Creative Arts/ICT technicians also have a section on this new system.
We can be found under the ‘Media and Production Services’ section. As of today, this will replace our ‘highTech’ ticketing system on our Creative Arts/Computing homepage, though the old link will still work and be directed to this new system.
Please put requests for support from our department, including equipment/class setup, IT support (Macs and Computing Dept), Art Digital Lab requests (3D Printing, Laser Cutting, Transfers etc), large/special format print requests, filming an event, purchase requests etc are doing through this system from now on – This includes students and staff.
While of course we have always been open to being asked for help via Teams/email/in person, it’s becoming more important for various reasons that requests for our help are logged, so please don’t be surprised or annoyed if we ask you to put in a ticket when you ask us for help in future.
