Coaching Opportunities
The introduction of a coaching entitlement for all support staff signifies a commitment from Highlands College to invest in the professional and personal development of all staff.
By offering coaching opportunities, employees can receive personalised guidance and support to enhance their skills, address challenges, and achieve their career goals.
This initiative not only benefits individual employees but also contributes to the overall success and effectiveness of the college by fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
The next session to learn more about this entitlement is on Friday, 1 March at 12.15 in Turner 108.
Light refreshments available. This will last approximately 15 to 20 minutes.
