A Very Special Visitor Stopped by Our Academy Kitchens!

Chef Tommy Radiguet, formerly Executive Head Chef at Samphire and currently Head Chef and proprietor of Tavola, joined us to support the assessment of Year 11 students from Grainville School who are studying the Jersey Progression Award in Culinary Arts and Restaurant Service. 👨🍳
As part of their assessment, students created a café concept, designed marketing materials, built a brunch menu and completed all safety requirements, including allergen lists. They then cooked three portions of a brunch dish featuring eggs, all within a set time frame.
We were delighted to have Tommy’s expert input, and we were grateful he brought valuable industry insight to the day. Well done to all students who took part! 👏
