Educational Visits – Risk Assessments
Following my email to all HODs on 20 March, I am writing to advise that the CYPES corporate risk assessment template for all OFF ISLAND visits (Category C) only, has recently been changed to the attached. Please ensure this is sent to me at the same time as submitting your approval request as this will also need approval from the Principal and CYPES.
For all ON ISLAND visits (Category A and B) please add your risk assessment to the Risk Register accessed via the Portal – Risk Management and I will review them internally. When notifying me of any upcoming visits, please provide the reference number of the risk assessment which can be found on the Risk Management homepage.
All the information and forms required for completion relating to all educational visits can be found on Gov.je under Children, Young People, Education and Skills Policies – Health and Safety.
