Join us for Well-being Week, running from Monday 30 June to Friday 4 July, and take time to relax, learn something new, and have fun!
A wide range of well-being activities will be on offer throughout the week—whether you’re looking to unwind with mindfulness sessions, get moving with fitness classes, spark your creativity with hands-on workshops, or boost your knowledge with inspiring talks and resources. There’s something for everyone, so come along, try something different, and invest in your well-being. Let’s make this week a celebration of health, happiness, and connection!
