Last Thursday, our long-standing partnership with The Atlantic Hotel came to life once again, giving our students the incredible opportunity to learn from the best.
Head Chef Adam Braithwaite crafted an utterly delicious menu, and alongside Executive Chef Will Holland, guided our students through an intense but rewarding kitchen experience.
Meanwhile, Sherman Matthews led the front-of-house team, ensuring seamless service with his expert touch.
The verdict? Absolutely outstanding! ⭐ The food? Brilliant! The service? Impeccable! The atmosphere? Buzzing with energy, passion, and pride!

This week we host Cultivate in the Academy Restaurant – the event will showcase local suppliers and producers, with a focus on sustainability and food security. Guests chefs will make starters, mains and desserts!
