As the saying goes, “Today’s near miss could be tomorrow’s accident.” By reporting all accidents and incidents, no matter how minor they may seem, we can ensure the necessary steps are taken to prevent future risks and improve our safety procedures.

To report, simply visit the helpdesk (select Facilities and click on Accident/Incident) or scan the QR code below. Logging any incidents or accidents helps us stay on top of safety, protect our community, and address potential hazards before they escalate.
