Barista Training

As part of their Barista training for their hospitality unit, our Foundation Learning Students recently visited Cooper & Co.

The tour was led by David Warr, who explained where their coffee beans come from, how they’re harvested, and gave a demonstration of the roasting process. It was a really interesting and informative experience for our students, which was finished off with some coffee tasting.
