Using the Gallery tab on Teams
We’ve been hard at work expanding the Mental Health & Resources Channel on Teams. With the growing library of content, finding exactly what you need might feel like a bit of a treasure hunt. Fortunately, the often-overlooked Gallery view can make your search much easier! Stay tuned for an upcoming post on how to fine-tune your filters and zero in on the information you need. We’ve also introduced a new “Wellbeing Infographics” tab—perfect for quick reference or for adding a splash of wellness to your office walls. Enjoy exploring!

Group 1 – Yrs 9 & 10 (14 to 16 year olds)
11:30am – 1:30pm
£25 PP
Group 2 – Yrs 11 & 12 (16 to 17 year olds)
2pm – 4pm
£25 PP
Group 3 – Yrs 13+ (18+ years)
4:30pm – 7:30pm
£40 PP
**Please note that as part of the training, participants in Group 3 will experience some verbal and physical aggression from the instructor**

If you would like to book onto one of the above workshops, please click on this link Jersey portal to log into your account and follow the instructions below;
Click Classes > Enrol
Select yours/your child’s profile
Use the filter to search by Season: Self Protection Workshops 2024
Click Apply to view classes
Scroll down and select your desired class by clicking Add to Enrolment List > Confirm
Review your Enrolment
Click Enrol
Pay via the blue Pay button
Confirmation of payment will be emailed to you
Your booking will be available to view under Upcoming Classes via your Dashboard.
What to bring
Group 1 and Group 2 – Please wear comfortable sports clothing and bring a bottle of water
Group 3 – Please wear everyday attire (ladies should bring both heels and trainers) and bring a bottle of water
