Principal’s Update
Dear Colleagues,
It was lovely to see you all in the staff meeting on Friday. I hope you have lots of fun and enjoy your first week of having our lovely students on campus for induction.
Our Colleagues
Colleagues have been asking how Eileen Buicke-Kelly is after her operation in July, the good news is the operation was successful and Eileen is back on the mend with no further major treatment planned. We hope to see her return sometime during this autumn term once she is fully recuperated.
Our Vice-Principal Kate Hobbs is enjoying being back after a period of leave before the summer break. Now, we just need to remind her not to overdo it!
Enrolment
As of Thursday afternoon (5th September), we had the following enrolments in 16 to 19 education; 682 students with 48 pending and a few appeals in process.
This is full-time only.

Elsewhere across the college, we have 164 enrolments in Higher Education, seven in Access, and 170 from schools. Currently there are 2133 enrolments on the system, and this will grow throughout the year.

The headlines for the year ahead were summarised in the whole staff meeting, and include:
- Website development
