UCJ Research Festival
University College Jersey’s Research Festival was a successful inaugural event that stimulated discussion on various research topics, showcased ongoing research, and celebrated achievements. Held on the morning of Friday 24 May in the Great Hall, the festival featured student presentations and academic posters, along with opportunities for networking and discussions.
The event highlighted research in Digital Technologies, Childhood Studies and Education, Social Work, Psychology and Criminology, Social Sciences, Business and Management, and Sports Coaching and Development. It aimed to raise awareness of UCJ Highlands College’s diverse research, foster internal and external collaboration, and enhance the institution’s research culture.
Focusing on student research across disciplines, the festival showcased the significant contributions of undergraduates to the local community and set the stage for including both established projects and new ideas in future events.
