Highlands College Beauty Students Embark on Inspirational Industry Tour at ExCeL London

On the 4th of March 2024, a group of passionate Hair and Beauty beauty students had the honour of visiting the prestigious Professional Beauty expo held at ExCeL London.

The event, renowned for bringing together industry leaders, prominent brands, and cutting-edge products, provided an enriching experience for the aspiring beauty professionals.
Throughout the day, the students delved into a multitude of captivating activities, including live demonstrations by renowned makeup artists and engaging panel discussions on emerging trends and techniques within the beauty industry. They seized the opportunity to network with established professionals, gaining invaluable insights and establishing meaningful connections crucial for their future careers.

One of the highlights of the visit was the exploration of ground-breaking advancements in beauty technology. Exhibitors showcased state-of-the-art skincare devices, revolutionary haircare products, and innovative cosmetics, exposing the students to the forefront of beauty innovation and inspiring them to push the boundaries of their craft.

Reflecting on the experience, Jessica, one of the participating students, expressed their enthusiasm: “I really liked the expo!
