Learning Support Update
February is Vision Awareness Month
Are you familiar with the 20-20-20 rule? Using the 20-20-20 rule can help prevent eye strain when looking at screens. For every 20 minutes a person looks at a screen, they should look at something 20 feet away for 20 seconds.

Please don’t forget if you see a student struggling, and you know they have seen an optician in the last six months, you can refer them to the LRC for a Visual Stress Test.
