We are offering an exciting 3-year secondment for you to be a Research Learning Lecturer as part of the Teaching, Learning and Development Team. This is a developmental opportunity for an experienced lecturer with aspirations to share best-practice to support the continuous improvement of teaching, learning and assessment that ensures an excellent experience, and outcomes, for our students.
Successful candidates will join the TLD fulltime with 50% of their teaching hours being carried within their existing curriculum areas and the remaining 50% being remitted to enable them to:
- Be a coach/mentor to new/existing staff
- Share excellent practice through leading staff development activities
- Contribute to initial teacher training
- Achieve an MA in Education (100% supported through Plymouth University) / Vocationally Relevant Further Study
