Take a mindful midweek and end-of-week pause with a free 30-minute Somatic Yoga session, running on Wednesdays and Fridays from 12:15ā12:45 in TU108. These gentle, guided stretches are designed for all abilities – no experience (or yoga pants!) required. Just wear comfy clothes youād be happy moving and bending in, and enjoy a refreshing break to release tension, boost energy, and reset your focus for the rest of the day.

Start your week with calm and clarity at Monday Morning Mindfulness, held every week at 8:30 am in TU108. In just 10ā15 minutes, youāll be guided through simple practices to ease into the week, steady your mind, and set a positive tone for the days ahead. A gentle reset to help you feel more focused, balanced, and ready for whatever the week brings.

Weāre excited to share that a new Tai Chi course, led by experienced instructor Carmen Saccone, will be launching soon!
