Intellectual humility is the ability to recognise the limits of your knowledge, admit when you’re wrong, and remain open to other viewpoints. While admitting fault can feel uncomfortable, it’s a learnable skill that strengthens trust, communication, and problem-solving, especially in a professional environment.
