Join Mike, Raf, and Jess on Wednesday morning for a short Equality, Diversity & Inclusion (ED&I) session – this time, the focus is on supporting YOU, our brilliant staff and colleagues.
What are we doing?Â
We’re looking to partner with one of three organisations to support you at work better. We’d love you to help us decide who to work with.
Our shortlist:
- Inclusive Employers – “The UK’s leading workplace inclusion community where you can access practical support, expert guidance, and a vibrant peer network to turn inclusion into everyday action.”
- ENEI – A UK-based, not-for-profit organisation that helps employers build and maintain diverse teams and inclusive cultures.
- Liberate DIFERA – The DIFERA employer accreditation scheme provides a bespoke approach to each business, identifying gaps or areas for improvement within your organisation’s diversity, equity, and inclusion work.
The format of the session:Â
- 15-minute presentation about the companies we’re looking to work with and what they can offer in terms of supporting staff.
- 20-minute discussion and feedback – we’ll open the floor to chat about some of the features we like from each of the workplace ED&I partners.
- Register your interest in being an ED&I Champion for Highlands College

This is an opportunity to support your own well-being and that of your colleagues.
Becoming a D&I Champion
If you’re interested in being an ED&I Champion (which many of you are already), please know the commitment is small. The expectation is you’ll help promote this work within your teams.
