🔹Former Highlands Student Shares Insights on Neuroinclusion
James Montgomery is returning to the island to speak at AllMatters Neurodiverse Jersey: Neuroinclusion in the Corporate World – at the Pomme d’Or Hotel on 14 March.
During his visit, he is kindly stopping by Highlands College on 13 March, to speak to staff and students about neuroinclusion.
He’s no stranger to the college, as he studied BTEC Business here, before moving on to become an Assistant Manager at Gen II Fund Services.
James is a former Motorsports Engineer turned Learning & Development Professional who is passionate about neuroinclusion. He shares his lived experience of autism to challenge misconceptions, highlight skill sets and strengths, and demonstrate how simple the first steps to inclusion are if we can all just be comfortable to have the conversation!
